Based on market trends and customer demand research and analysis, we research and develop pneumatic pressure-related products in the field of factory automation as required by customers. In particular, we provide air purification devices such as “filters” for removing foreign substances, “regulators” for precise air pressure control, and actuator lubrication. We are responsible for researching and developing products such as "Lubricate" and related products, and constantly improving them for customer satisfaction.

We are also responsible for improving productivity and homogenizing quality through equipment development and process research for efficient production.

Performance evaluation through internal flow analysis of regulator
Research and development background and purpose
Design the optimal shape of the internal flow path by investigating the flow characteristics of high pressure air passing inside the regulator
Flow analysis method
By extracting the flow area from the regulator shape model, we investigate air flow characteristics such as pressure change, flow velocity, and density through flow rate change and shape change, and visualize aerodynamic phenomena.
